But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called "Today," so that none of you may be hardened by sin's deceitfulness.
Hebrews 3:13
We need each other in the body of Christ to encourage each other. We are often blind to our own faults, and as Hebrews points out, sin is quite deceitful. Sin tricks us, lies to us and makes our hearts hard so we don't detect what is happening. The kind and true word of a brother or sister in Christ is often what we need to be awakened to the truth!
We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original conviction firmly to the very end.
