Genesis 8 - Nathanael

But God remembered Noah and all the wild animals and the livestock that were with him in the ark, and he sent a wind over the earth, and the waters receded.
Genesis 8:1
Even when it seems like a flood around us , God still sees us and remembers us and is working on our behalf. It took time for completion and sometimes that makes us think God isn't working.

The Lord smelled the pleasing aroma and said in his heart: "Never again will I curse the ground because of humans, even though every inclination of the human heart is evil from childhood. And never again will I destroy all living creatures, as I have done.
Genesis 8:21 NIV
God had promised never again to destroy all living creatures as he did. Judgement is coming when Jesus returns but he is saving his people out of that just as before
