Verse 1, "Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God- this is your spiritual act of worship." I remember when I first read about "living sacrifice", I felt scared. But because of God's grace and mercy, Jesus died for me for my sins, I live for him. So it would be not very difficult to offer my body as living sacrifice for God. I believe it is a blessing, not a scare for us.
