Romans 15 - Nathanael

Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up.
Romans 15:2‭
Our focus in dealing with others should be that of love and blessing. We should look to strengthen, encourage and build them up.

For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope.
Romans 15:4
The scriptures teach, provide encouragement so to be able to endure and have hope.

May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had,
Romans 15:5
God is the one who gives endurance and encouragement!

Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.
Romans 15:7
Accepting others brings praise to God!

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 15:13 NIV
This is quite a blessing! God is a God is hope - he knows and provides us a good future. The blessing is that from God we may be filled with joy and peace. I think that these are the two most sought after experiences in life. The blessing is not for some of them but a filling! These in turn will cause us to overflow with hope! And all this is through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Lord Jesus, we need more if your Holy Spirit, more of you, more of your joy and peace! Fill us I pray!
